My House

We are building a Sandringham 45 with Porter Davis. It has a Retro facade with a bit of brick, render and a stone pillar at the porch.

We made a few modifications to the plan, based mostly on the Harcrest Display home.

Modifications:
1)Swapped around the MBR walk in robe with the ensuite
2)Fixed windows in kitchen on both sides of stove splashback
3)Extended Kitchen cabinets
4)Alfresco attached to the dinning area
5)Wall openings with shutters in Study, Lounge and bedrooms overlooking the void.
6)Protruding wall for fireplace in Lounge
7)Extended garage
8)Shared ensuite upstairs bedrooms
9)High stacker doors to Dinning and family rooms
10)Sliding door to Study
12)Enlarged kitchen island bench with extra cupboards
13)Extra cupboards to upstairs activity room
14)Large pivot entrance door.
